Total Annihilation, rebuilt for modern computers
MIT 라이선스 오픈소스 RTS 엔진 Nanolathe가 Total Annihilation을 클린룸 리서치로 재구현했다. 브라우저에서 오리지널 3개 데모 미션을 게임 파일 없이 즐길 수 있고, Windows·Mac·Linux 네이티브 베타에서는 본인이 소유한 게임 데이터로 전체 캠페인, 스커미시, 온라인 멀티플레이까지 가능하다. 모던 GPU 렌더러와 클래식 CPU 뷰를 전환할 수 있으며, 코드와 문서는 모두 공개돼 있다.
Total Annihilation is Nanolathe’s starting point. Its code, documented formats and clean-room research are open for others to explore and extend.
