Pragtical v3.14 slashes idle CPU from 1.6% to 0.24% while adding menus and sessions
Pragtical v3.14 Lua-based text editor adds menus, floating views, and sessions
Pragtical v3.14.0 adds application menus, floating command prompts, configurable project search placement, and workspace session management to the Lua-based editor. A shared floating-view API now backs menus, popups, and dialogs. The Plugin Manager gets a refreshed interface with filters and multi-select. Thanks to SDL event handling and precise frame sleeps, unfocused idle CPU usage dropped from 1.6% to roughly 0.24% of one core.
In the idle check shared with PR #645, unfocused CPU usage fell from 1.6% to about 0.24% of one core; the result depends on the workload and enabled plugins.
