Putting Linux on my RTX spark laptop because I don't have a Microsoft account

An Arch Linux package maintainer bought an ASUS ProArt P16 with NVIDIA's 20-core N1X and 128 GB of unified memory, then built a bootable Arch Linux ARM install since the laptop officially supports only Windows. Her setup matches Windows in 7-Zip (about 5% faster on 20-thread compression) and reports the full 116.0 GiB memory pool to both the OS and CUDA, versus roughly 109.7 GiB on Windows. She ran Qwen3.8-Flash-Next locally through vLLM at about 30.9 tokens/s.
What I care about is having the large pool available for CPU work too, without moving the reservation slider and rebooting between workloads.
