MongoDB CEO resigns "effective immediately" to join Meta, stock drops 20%
MetaはMongoDBのCEO、Chirantan "CJ" Desaiを引き抜き、新設のMeta Enterprise Platformを率いさせる。DesaiはMark Zuckerberg直属のchief enterprise platform officerとして、AIモデルやエージェントを企業向けに展開する。MongoDBではDev Ittycheriaが暫定CEOに復帰。Desaiの在任は1年未満で、MongoDB株は急落した。
「退任は残念だが、MongoDBの戦略的立場は依然として良好であり、株価の反応は過剰だと見ている」と、証券会社Piper Sandlerはリポートで述べた。
