Vivaldi 8.3 for Desktop: make bad ads sad

Vivaldi 8.3 rebuilds its ad blocker so you can pick protection level per site

Vivaldi 8.3 ships a rebuilt Ad and Tracker Blocker with four default levels — Off, Light, Strong, and Aggressive — plus custom blocklists from a remote URL or local file. You can set a level per site via the shield icon, and Vivaldi remembers it. The release also adds hover-to-expand vertical tabs, a pinned-tab grid, paste-a-list-of-links-to-open-each-in-a-tab, and Copy Sanitized Link. The blocker is also live on Android and iOS.

The ads we object to are the ones that track and profile you. They follow you from site to site and remember things about you that you never chose to share.
