Conductor Is Joining Meta

Conductor, the AI coding workspace, is being acquired by Meta. The team is winding down the product: Conductor Cloud goes read-only on November 13 and shuts down on November 20, while local Conductor will keep receiving new models and critical bug fixes until early 2027. Users can transfer cloud workspaces and chats to their Mac or export all their data. The same release adds custom completion sounds and GPT-6.1 Terra to the Codex model picker.
