Farol - Risk map for pull request approvals
Show HN: Farol – a risk map of a pull request for the person who approves it

Farol is a free, open-source CLI and GitHub Action that tells the person approving a pull request how risky the merge is and which files carry that risk. Running after your AI review, it uses real compiler analysis for TypeScript, Go, and Python to show what a change reaches—every page, endpoint, job, and script—along with a 0–100 risk score, diff coverage, security findings, and contract breaks. It never executes or sends your code anywhere, and it never blocks a merge. Try it with npx @winninjs/farol or the live demo.
The goal is not only a faster review: low-risk pull requests can go fast, and the risky ones get read line by line, starting with the files that carry the risk.
