Partyline brings encrypted group voice chat to Reticulum, down to 700 bps
Partyline: A group voice application for Reticulum, built on LXST
Partyline is a Mumble-inspired group voice app for Reticulum built on LXST, with encrypted realtime audio over any transport above roughly 6 kbps. A server spins up in under 30 seconds and supports per-room access controls, allow lists, and passwords. Rooms pick their own codec, from Opus at 16 kbps down to Codec2 at 700 bps, and dedicated push-to-talk rooms are tuned for LoRa, packet radio, and other slow links. GUI and terminal clients are included.
