Handwired transforms ordinary JavaScript into a fully differentiable neural network without any training. It runs in the browser on WebGPU, requiring no GPU, and achieves exact, deterministic behavior. Demos include a mini OS, a learned photo gallery, and a JSON search engine that parses and highlights 100,000 documents using regex and JSON logic compiled to WebGPU kernels.
