CIA Conspired with the Right on the Eve of Mexico's '68 Massacre

Declassified documents show the CIA funded right-wing student groups like MURO in the days before the 1968 Tlatelolco massacre and ran at least five projects to control Mexican student politics over two decades. The National Security Archive reports that the agency worked closely with the DFS and its leaders, and is now demanding an uncensored version of the CIA's official history.
