AI agents filled only 21 of 138 missing Iran data fields, but 64 of 130 for the US

A human rights researcher tested three AI agents—Muse, Claude Cowork, and GPT 6.1 Sol—on filling missing World Bank procurement data for the US and Iran. For Iran, GPT and Muse each filled only 21 of 138 N/A fields, versus 51 and 64 of 130 for the US. Official government sources made up 76–89% of US citations but only 11–22% for Iran. Muse even registered on the portal as [email protected] without showing terms of service.

Without asking me or showing me the Terms of Service, it registered an account under the email address [email protected].
