Sierra digital cameras on the Apple II

After adding Kodak DC-50 support to Quicktake for Apple II, I dove into the Sierra-class cameras, implementing a driver for the Sanyo VPC-G1 and VPC-G200. The driver handles most camera functions, though thumbnails are skipped due to memory limits. A serial chip quirk caps speed at 19200bps on the Apple II. I also compressed binaries to free up floppy space, with the Canon PowerShot 350 next.

Another small annoyance with the Sierra cameras (at least the two Sanyos I have) is that it seems they cheaped out on the serial chip. I can talk to them at 115200bps on the PC, but not on the Apple II.
