AlphaGenome Atlas predictive map of every DNA letter change in the human genome

Google DeepMind has released AlphaGenome Atlas, a free platform predicting the molecular effects of all 9 billion possible single-letter DNA variants in the human genome. It combines AlphaGenome and AlphaMissense into a single AVI score, covering both coding and non-coding regions. Early collaborations found new rare disease variants and uncovered 22% more non-coding trait associations in UK Biobank data.

DNA is the language of life. Mastering it is a grand challenge that could transform our ability to understand biology and treat disease.
