ascdraw: A High-Speed, Keyboard-First Editor for ASCII and UTF-8 Diagrams

I built ascdraw as a native, keyboard-driven editor for creating diagrams using ASCII and UTF-8 characters. It offers an infinite Unicode canvas with support for layers, colors, and high-performance rendering at over 120 FPS. While the software is released under the GPLv3 license, I suggest a voluntary contribution of $9.99 to support its ongoing development and feature evolution.

The canvas renders at 120+ FPS, which matters more than you might think in a keyboard-first editor.

This is cool and reminds me of the old ascii art editors; although this appears more geared towards technical documentation than art.

Not sure why the title has to mention 144fps, which is of course dependant on the computer specs, the terminal emulator, and the screen rendering the program... If you've got a problem rendering ascii fast, I got news for you...

    This is very cool.

If you can record some gif and embed it in the README.md, it'd be better

effect of accidental development of a framework for GUI apps and personal sympathy toward diagrams
