ldraw-mecha - AI agents reverse-engineer LEGO mechanisms into Blender animations

ldraw-mecha takes an LDraw LEGO model's .mpd source file and hands it to an AI agent, which reverse-engineers the mechanics hidden inside, plans how the parts interact, and outputs Python code that builds rigs and animates the model in Blender. Setup installs Blender, LeoCAD, and the LDraw parts library locally without polluting your OS. Sample results include a Mercedes-Benz Arocs pneumatic crane, a Fabuland plane taking off and landing, and a catalog of minifig moves. It's a divide-and-conquer approach: agents split models into submodels, understand each mechanism, then animate them.

Give an LDraw LEGO model to an AI agent, get back a Blender-animated version of it.
