Flock CEO Tells Police Chiefs the Backlash Against His Company Is Fake

Leaked audio from a private police conference reveals Flock CEO Garrett Langley telling an audience of chiefs that nationwide protests against his license plate reader company are not real. He claims social media opposition is driven by paid Russian bots, says his wife advised him never to apologize, and admits he would prefer to stop doing press interviews altogether. Dozens of cities have canceled Flock contracts amid abuse and false arrest scandals.
