Rune 1.3: adds TypeScript, a Helix editor, Kitty graphics and OSC-7501

Rune 1.3 brings TypeScript intelligence and a built-in browser to the terminal editor

Rune 1.3, the first release since the editor went open source, adds Tier 1 TypeScript support via a bundled native server, a Helix editor preset, Kitty graphics for inline images, and OSC 7501 program-status reporting. It also introduces headless mode for remote workspaces, workspace restoration that reopens Agent conversations, config-only packages, and a new browser package that gives the Agent its own private browser for inspecting and testing pages.

The agent gets its own private browser to inspect rendered pages, click controls, fill forms, run JavaScript, read console errors, and take screenshots to check its work.
