Meta's Muse Spark Open puts an 816B-parameter AI model on two Mac Studios

Meta released the weights for Muse Spark Open, an 816B-parameter (42B active) natively multimodal model with a 1M-token context window, calling it the most capable US open-weight model to date. It runs on two Apple M5 Ultra Mac Studios via MLX, and is available through Baseten, Fireworks AI, Groq, Modal, Nebius, OpenRouter, and Together AI, with weights on Hugging Face, Amazon SageMaker AI, Google Cloud Model Garden, and Microsoft Foundry Models.
