It uses a catalog of tested OpenTofu modules to render AWS, GCP, or Azure setups with GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. The agent analyzes and explains; planning, rendering, and validation are deterministic. It reports cost estimates with unpriced resources named, and validates in three distinct levels: V0 static, V1 plan, V2 deploy.
