FBI Tracked Susie Wiles Phone, Emails with Journalists & Lawyers, New Docs Show
Newly released documents show former special counsel Jack Smith's team used a pen register to monitor the phone communications of Susie Wiles, then Trump's campaign chief, including contacts with at least five journalists, 21 defense attorneys, and political advisers. The FBI also asked Google, Microsoft, MSN, and Yahoo to preserve her email data, and tracked social media posts of Trump allies like Robert O'Brien.
These are First Amendment activities, reporting, social media, donating, political advice for campaigns, yet Jack Smith's team seemed very interested in them.
