Deutsche Bahn "joke" is no longer funny
Jon Worth's 100-hour rail journey from Finland to Portugal had 25 hours of delays, but none in Germany. He argues that Germany's dense network and frequent service make disruptions more visible, while sparse cross-border routes like Badajoz–Entroncamento see no complaints because almost no one uses them. He blames decades of political decisions for the investment backlog and says those who voted for those parties share responsibility.
Passengers do not complain about trains they cannot take, because those trains do not exist.

This guy did a single train trip and experienced no delays there and has decided this is the factual experience for the entire history of the rail line. This joke became a joke for a reason. What an absurd article.
I’ve never experienced a delay on a delta flight in my life (having flown the for almost every flight) but that doesn’t mean they don’t have delays.
