Unlisted analyzed 607,050 postings across 15 applicant tracking systems. 28.3% were open more than 90 days, and 16.3% exceeded 180 days. Hospitality had the highest stale rate at 43.9%, while healthcare was lowest at 19.7%. Lever boards showed 48.2% stale, Workday just 17.2%. Of postings removed in the last 30 days, 14.6% closed within a week, and 4.2% were reposted within 30 days.
