A UN fact-finding mission says there are reasonable grounds to believe US forces carried out two strikes in Iran in February — on the Shajareh Tayyebeh primary school in Minab, where more than 150 people were killed including around 120 schoolchildren, and on a sports centre in Lamerd — and that both amounted to war crimes. Investigators found the US relied on unverified intelligence about a commander's presence and struck while aware of the risk to civilians. The mission also found Iranian authorities committed crimes against humanity in their crackdown on protests.
Rather, the US directed the strikes at the building of the school while being aware of a substantial risk of striking a civilian object and acting recklessly as regards the possibility that this would happen.

Seeing as it was a "double tap" it was clearly a deliberate target. Bomb the school, wait until officers from the nearby base with kids at the school arrive to try and rescue their daughters and hit it again. Clearly a war crime, possibly using Israeli targeting information, which clouds which State is ultimately responsible.

So... what's gonna be done about it? The recent precedent has been to invade the country, grab the president and try them.

Arguing whether it was intentional or a mistake is stupid. It doesn't matter, the enormity of it should shake everyone involved. That it doesn't is the real tell of what kind of people these are.

Yes because normal people have tomahawks they can shoot to schools in their basements, and it required a court to find out who was responsible: United States, Dr. Evil, or the Cookie Monster?
