Homebrew 7.0.0 drops Intel Macs to Tier 3 and kills macOS 10.15 support

Homebrew 7.0.0 brings faster installs through concurrent downloads and preparation, stronger sandboxing with Landlock on Linux, a native macOS app called BrewUI, and built-in vulnerability checks. It also ends macOS 10.15 support and moves Intel Macs to Tier 3, meaning no new bottles and a planned end to Intel support in September 2027. The release includes security fixes for multiple advisories and new installation protections.
Homebrew still runs on Intel until September 2027, without project support or routine bottle builds. Apple and GitHub's retreat from Intel support exceeds what Homebrew's volunteers can replace.
