Isar Aerospace's Spectrum rocket returns to the pad for its second launch attempt
ISAR Aerospace 5 Sept Mission Onward and Upward
German launch startup Isar Aerospace is targeting September 5 for the second flight of its Spectrum rocket, a qualification mission from Andøya Space in Norway. The mission will carry five CubeSats and one experiment, and follows multiple scrubbed attempts due to weather, a range violation by an unauthorized boat, and a pressurization valve issue. CEO Daniel Metzler emphasizes the goal is to learn as much as possible and demonstrate reliable access to space.
