ChatGPT Is Throwing 404
Users are reporting that ChatGPT is returning HTTP 404 errors, preventing access to the service. The issue appears to be widespread, affecting the main chat interface. OpenAI has not yet issued an official statement, but the error suggests a possible server-side problem or routing misconfiguration.

I am a paying chatgpt and codex user and I am logged in on multiple devices and suddenly https://chatgpt.com/ has started returning a raw 404 status page with no HTML for me in the browsers on all devices. When I open an incognito tab the website loads fine with no user logged in. Codex in VS code also has issues now:

When Claude went down, their autofailover algorithm rolled to the other providers, taking down all frontier labs. Reports from China are raising concern what's being termed the "Gastown criticality event" is physically melting GPUs.

The obvious question: is there a single point of failure / common piece of infrastructure involved with failures across all these providers?
Its interesting that codex/gpt-app are screwed because their APIs (including auth) fail, but gpt web still appears to be working.
