How I turned Granola action items into to-do list
runnrr is a Mac app that connects to Granola, the AI note-taker, and turns action items from your calls into a Kanban board. Each card keeps the meeting context—transcript, linked files, and tags—so your agent (Claude Code, Codex, or ChatGPT) can execute follow-ups. You approve every step, and everything stays local: notes as Markdown, tasks in SQLite. No export needed, no cloud required.
It connects to Granola and then makes a kanban style to‑do list from things mentioned in the call.

Long story short, I work as a PM and have a lot of calls and action items that tend to slip through So I've build a Mac app that turn Granola calls into a kanban to-do list.
Each action item becomes a task on the board with full meeting transcript attached. Then you can execute tasks right away from the board or using Claude / ChatGPT integration.
For me privacy is important so all the data stays on my local device as .md files.
