AurionMail: Proton-like E2EE suite that's fully open-source and self-hostable

AurionMail Suite combines CryptPad, Bulwark Webmail, Stalwart Mail Server, and Ory Hydra into a unified, end-to-end encrypted productivity suite. Users authenticate once with a single master password to access both encrypted email and collaborative documents, eliminating the need for separate accounts. The project aims to match the seamless user experience of commercial suites like Proton while remaining 100% open-source, standards-compliant (OpenPGP, JMAP), and self-hostable. It includes features like single logout, global logout, password change, and Web Key Directory support, with a roadmap for emergency account hold and destruction.

Existing privacy solutions usually force a compromise between user experience, self-hosting control, and open standards.
