Autolith: A programming agent with a live runtime

Autolith is a terminal-based programming agent that runs in one process with its tools, using Common Lisp. It can read and edit files, run commands, search workspaces, and inspect and modify its own running image. The agent targets Linux x86-64 and supports binary, Nix, or source installation. It executes model-generated code with user privileges, so it is not a security sandbox.
