Cursor Launches Origin, Its Own Git Forge for Hosting and Sharing Code

Cursor's new Origin service, currently in early beta, provides a git forge for storing and sharing code. Users can create repositories, clone/push/pull with standard git, mirror GitHub repos, and manage pull requests. Available on Pro, Teams, and Enterprise plans, Origin follows the privacy mode of the namespace owner. Teams must claim a codebase name to enable it, and admins can control access. The service integrates with third-party apps and automations, and offers a CLI for terminal workflows.
