Murata's 220 GHz Silicon Capacitor Hits 22 nF in 0201 Package

Extreme 220GHz+Broadband Silicon Capacitor X2SC 0201M 22nF BV11

Murata's X2SC series silicon capacitors deliver ultra-broadband performance up to 220 GHz with a capacitance of 22 nF in a tiny 0201M (0.6 x 0.3 mm) package. They combine trench MOS and MIM capacitors to offer high capacitance for kHz–MHz range and low capacitance for GHz range, achieving low insertion loss, phase stability, and high reliability. Suitable for optical communications and high-speed data systems, they operate from -55°C to 150°C with minimal capacitance variation.

The unique technology of integrated passive device in silicon, developed by Murata Integrated Passive Solutions, offers unique performances with low insertion loss, low reflection and phase stability from 73 KHz to 220 GHz.
