is.team - AI-native project management on an infinite canvas

is.team replaces Jira, Slack, and Miro with a single infinite canvas where AI agents and your team plan, build, and ship together. It offers built-in AI for task automation, workflow planning, and meeting notes, plus MCP integration for external agents like Claude. With real-time collaboration, voice channels, time tracking, and sprint management, is.team simplifies project management at a flat rate of $16/mo for 15 people, or free for 3.

We use Jira for tasks, Slack for updates, Miro for planning — nothing talks to each other. is.team put everything on one canvas and AI handles the busywork.

Congrats on getting to this place. Wishing you success in the long run. But, if I can be honest for a second, there are some pretty rough spots here.

First, we're all (or, almost all) using AI and aware of its power. But this site is just so clearly the pure, unfiltered output of an LLM. A human touch on the messaging and positioning would go a long way. The now-common saying: if you can't be bothered to write something once, why should you expect humans to read it? The marketing copy and platform comparisons use so many words to say very little of value.

Second, the main video is pretty cringe. The voice alternates between shouting at me and seductively whispering.

Third, project management systems are a burned-over district. There are a million competing platforms out there. This is hard to solve and bold promises like "Replace Jira + Slack + Miro with one canvas" just sound preposterously over-the-top.

Fourth, the "Built for the people who decide" section looks like quotes but surely those are just AI-generated fake testimonials right? I'm already skeptical of the product but that really kills it for me.

On the plus side, it seems you've zeroed in on your niches which is very small, nimble startups and dev teams. Maybe that will help.

Sorry,l I hope you take this in the spirit it's given which is honest feedback and I truly do wish you well and hope to see this refine and succeed.

Why include unsplash stock photos for your testimonials? What are they adding? And what makes https://unsplash.com/photos/man-wearing-white-v-neck-shirt-i... a CTO/VP Engineering and https://unsplash.com/photos/a-man-wearing-glasses-and-a-gree... a startup founder? If they were actual photos of the people in those roles, it would make a little more sense, but it's just random photos. You could replace them with cat photos and make the same point

What LLM model did you use to come up with the feature set? Lots of same points came up in my prototype design docs. https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=48992492

You can see similar specs in mine too.

Are all LLM bootstrapped projects going to converge in the future?
