GitHub Actions is currently experiencing degraded availability, with some workflow runs failing to start or failing partway through. Requests to the Actions REST API are also returning errors, and some customers may see unexpected rate limiting. Engineers have identified the source of the disruption and are actively working on a mitigation. The incident also affects GitHub Pages.
