I am reporting that Moonshot AI allegedly distilled Anthropic's Fable model to develop its K3 system using a sophisticated internal platform designed to evade detection. Evidence suggests they also acquired GB300-equipped servers and accessed them in Thailand. While legitimate distillation supports innovation, large-scale covert efforts to steal proprietary U.S. technology undermine American research and are unacceptable.
