Passkeys were invented by engineers with zero understanding of consumer brain

I argue that Passkeys were created by security engineers who completely misunderstood how consumers think. Because no one truly understood what they were, we couldn't effectively debate their merits. Now, users are forced to produce 'magic fairy dust' to log in, with credentials hidden in phones, browsers, or even our bodies, all in the name of safety.
