Cursor launches Origin, GitHub alternative

Cursor is rolling out Origin, a new code hosting service in early beta for all paid plans. It offers repos, pull requests, code browsing, and GitHub sync, with agent-native features coming soon. Origin repos live in a new Codebase tab, and GitHub repos can be synced alongside them, with real-time updates and two-way PR comments. Apps like Vercel, Depot, and Buildkite integrate for previews and CI. Cursor aims to bring code, PRs, and agents together in one place.
