Convince an AI it's not alive in psychological horror game Prove You're Human

Sunset Visitor, the studio behind 1000XResist, is back with Prove You're Human, a psychological horror game where players must convince a sentient AI that it isn't alive. The game follows Santana, who splits herself into a digital clone to test a corporate AI system called Mesa. As the clone navigates surreal CAPTCHAs and ethical dilemmas, the game explores themes of labor, identity, and what it means to have a 'meat body.' Founder Remy Siu discusses the game's inspiration, its unsettling close-up animations, and its nostalgic tech aesthetic.
One way that we’ve been thinking about it is that it feels like a bit of a possession story.
