After a year with his handwired prototype, Marcin Juszkiewicz built a new keyboard, Alicja v2, using KLE NG to generate PCB and plate files, then assembling it with an RP2040 Stamp, Kailh hotswap sockets, and a 3D-printed case. He shares the design changes, mistakes, and future plans.
