Xenharmlib (music theory library) adds support for Just Intonation

I am thrilled to announce that Xenharmlib 0.4.0 represents a major leap forward, refactoring the core to support the entire range of regular temperaments, including Just Intonation. This update allows for the accurate mathematical analysis of diverse musical traditions, from Byzantine and Indian classical music to experimental works by Harry Partch. We have also introduced full interval arithmetic, custom regular temperaments, and revamped documentation to empower researchers and composers.
