After years of manual backups and storage issues with my Zimaboard running NixOS, I finally overhauled my entire homelab. I moved the fiber inlet to the attic, wired the whole house with Ethernet, and deployed a new Ubiquiti UniFi network. My new setup runs Debian with Dokploy, hosting Jellyfin, Immich, and qBittorrent, solving my previous connectivity and maintenance headaches.
