Cribl Introduces Capra: A New Design System for Consistency and Accessibility

We built Capra, Cribl's new design system, to replace a third-party library that had become a liability. By using React Aria Components and Design Tokens, we achieved consistent visuals and full accessibility across our platform. This shift not only improved our internal code health but also enabled our customers to build apps that match Cribl's design standards while supporting both human developers and AI agents.
The third-party UI component library we had relied on for years was becoming more of a liability than an accelerator.
