I am initiating the most significant restructure in Xbox history to address unhealthy margins and a severe hardware crisis. We will reduce our team by approximately 3,200 roles, with four studios leaving for new management. By simplifying our platform, flattening management layers, and focusing on our core franchises like Minecraft and Call of Duty, we aim to return to growth in 2027.
