I am introducing Backstitch, an open-source Godot plugin designed to replace Git for game teams. Traditional version control is too steep for artists and educators, often breaking scenes and locking non-technical members out. Backstitch enables real-time collaboration like a Google Doc, offering visual diffs, automatic merging, and history tracking directly inside the editor without conflicts.
